No direction home is years of collecting, creating and cultivating the idea that your home need not follow one direction. It is years of travel, adventure and the hunt for one of a kind pieces that tell your story. It is inspiration boards, fabric swatches and paint stripper. It is hours of exploring vintage markets and antique stores. It is blood, sweat and sometimes tears all in an effort to refurbish that amazing vintage credenza you found at your local antique market. It is new places and faces and memories that last a lifetime.

My design sense is strongly ruled by emotion, the feeling I get when I discover something I’ve never seen before. I believe in having fun with design and vintage furniture. I believe that when you find something you love, you will make it work in your space. I love color, pattern and texture. I love mixing different styles that on the surface would never work together. Mostly, I love seeing the faces of my family and friends when they are in my home and knowing they too feel the love and warmth that all of these interesting little characters have come together to create.

No direction home is not rustic, not mid century and not shabby chic; it is a combination of all and none of these things. It is the belief that your home can be anything you want it to be; a magical place that makes you happy and comfortable, a genuine reflection of who you are, where you have been and where you want to go, a beautiful collection of all things that you hold dear.
